2011
Acquired in 2011, the project has long-term distribution rights to a magnetite stockpile supplying North American industries, with a strong operational record, generating profits that fund Strategic Minerals’ project portfolio.
2018
Acquired in 2018, Leigh Creek is a fully permitted, shovel-ready project covering 935 km² of exploration leases, with significant sulphide potential and past mining activity. The project is under option to a potential buyer.
2019
Acquired in 2019, Redmoor is a globally significant, high-grade polymetallic tungsten exploration and development project, with strong growth potential, highly profitable economics, and an experienced team.

Executive Chair
Charles Manners has over 30 years of financial and investment experience. He spent more than two decades in investment banking, most recently as Senior Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income Sales at Nomura International.
He later co-founded an advisory firm providing structured solutions and has served as a non-executive director in housing and charity sectors.
Today, Charles is Chair of Campden Charities and an active investor across natural resources, healthcare, and real estate.
Executive Director
Mark Burnett is Director of Mining Investments at RAB Capital, a leading mining investor in London.
With more than a decade of corporate finance and investment experience in the extractive industries across North America, Australia, and Europe, he currently serves as a non-executive director of a US-based critical metals company and has served as Interim Chair of Giyani, an African critical metals company.
Non-Executive Director
Philip Haydn-Slater brings over 35 years of City experience, primarily in institutional sales and corporate broking.
He co-founded HD Capital Partners and previously led Corporate Broking at WH Ireland in London, managing IPOs and secondary placings for resource-focused companies.
His career spans senior roles in London and Sydney with ABN Amro, Bankers Trust, James Capel & Co, and Bain Securities (Deutsche Bank). Philip is also non-executive director (formerly Chair) of Tooru PLC.
Independant Non-Executive Director
Luke has extensive international experience in mining and operations, having worked in the industry for over 15 years as a mining executive and engineer with a particular focus on critical and strategic minerals. He has significant regional knowledge and strong relationships in Cornwall through his role as an elected Cornwall Councillor.
